Sourced from the Somerset Levels, green willow is willow that has been freshly harvested in the current season and has not been dried or had its bark removed. It comes in different colours depending on variety and retains the appealing sheen and scent of fresh material. It's a perfect material for beginners and improvers as the subtle colours and textures hide any imperfections in the weave. A nominal charge for willow will be made in the studio, depending on the quantity used by individuals.
