Explore silkscreen using a variety of methods including cut paper stencils, photo collage, tjanting, mono print techniques and hand drawing directly on to the  screen to develop interesting effects. Combine and overprint to create unique and distinctive prints.

Entry requirements

Please bring: pencils, a small paintbrush and a sketchbook or notebook. Protective clothing is provided, or you can bring your own apron and rubber gloves. The course fee includes most studio consumables (ink, cleaning materials, solvents etc) but you will have to pay for paper, etching plates/ lino blocks etc. These are available to buy in the department at cost price.
