Beginner, intermediate and advanced students work and learn together in a friendly, vibrant, well equipped studio environment. The 6 week course provides an in depth look at etching processes and how to build and layer these in producing printing plates. Processes include using liquid, hard and soft grounds, sugar-lift, aquatint, tusche and others. Alternatively, students can enrol to continue developing their existing printmaking practice and project work. The tutor aims to build students' understanding, independence and confidence, enabling them to fulfil their creative vision.
