A practical introduction to drawing and mark-making using a range of materials. You will be taught various aspects of drawing from observation including proportion, perspective, line and tone. Examples of historical and contemporary drawing will be discussed in class and learners are encouraged to develop a personal response to subjects including landscape, portraits, objects and photographic images.
