An advanced technique class of 1.5 hours focuses on developing strength, movement vocabulary and musicality. The course suits those who wish to challenge their capabilities under professional supervision. To follow straight on from the advanced technique class there are two optional thirty minute pointe work sessions (for an additional payment): either beginners' pointe work when students are introduced to pointe technique and then intermediate pointe work for students to build on and improve existing pointe technique. , , Participation requires a minimum of five years recent experience of classical training. Please note, the additional pointe work sessions can only be purchased in combination with the advanced technique class. You are advised for all intermediate and advanced level courses to seek departmental advice prior to enrolment so as to assess appropriate level.
