This large, friendly choir is entirely non-auditioning. It has performed large-scale choral works such as Handel's Messiah, Mozart's Requiem, Haydn's Creation and Bach's St John Passion. This year the Choral Society well prepare Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Vaughan Williams and a selection of Carols in term one, Faure's Requiem in Term Two and Mozart's Solemn Vespers K. 339 in Term Three, which includes the famous Laudate Dominum soprano solo.Learn how to apply vocal technique and expression to this work. Reading music is not necessary and there is no audition.
