A practical introduction to the fundamentals of therapeutic massage. Learn the basic massage movements and a short routine to use with family and friends. Using the application of oils, you will be able to gain an insight into how massage can alleviate stress and promote relaxation and healing through touch. An excellent introduction for those wishing to develop a new skill or follow on to accredited courses.
