Therapeutic approach to Pilates that works on core strength, co-ordination skills, mobility, and flexibility to improve posture and target quality of movement in every day life and fitness activity. This course offers a gradual approach towards exercising with the Pilates technique. Exercises are broken down into simple components and worked using deep slow movements. This enables students to effectively connect with developing core strength, toning the major muscle groups of the body and improving the overall quality of their movement. As the course progresses, more advanced options will be offered in some exercises as appropriate to students' ability.
