The course will give you the chance to develop your fitness, including your flexibility, strength and stamina. Together with stretch sequences, we will learn and practise dance routines throughout the term, using a range of music from soul, to folk, jazz and RnB. This is a fun and accessible course for all those who like to dance to get fit!
