Pilates Mat Work to Music: General

Fundamental Pilates core strengthening exercises aimed at improving and correcting posture. Taught and worked to gentle music to aid muscle memory development. The aim of Pilates is to re-train the brain to recruit the right muscles to perform each movement. Repeating the same movements slowly in control using the same muscles over and over again will make it a reflex arc. In this class the focus is on how the body performs movement.
