Contact Improvisation 2A

This course is for people who have started the journey of dancing contact improvisation wishing to refresh their skills and develop new ones. We will deepen the practice of physical listening, establish a stronger core-periphery connection and explore the possibilities of weight sharing with a taste for momentum and flow.

Bring comfortable clothing, no shoes required. Bring a pair of light knee pads if you have them as this helps to support the knees in floor work. Alternatively they can be purchased from the tutor.
