I&CT is a cutting edge and innovative course that will help you develop creative skills that will focus on programming and coding. Through dynamic teaching using industry related scenarios you will enjoy a fantastic introduction into games & App-design/development using the latest technologies and platforms. As part of this programme you will develop software for desktop computers, utilising Microsoft Visual Studio with visual basic .NET. You will further develop software for mobile devices with a focus on the windows platform. As part of this course you will undertake the construction of a website using HTML5 and CSS3. This will make up part of your digital portfolio that will be showcased. Learners on this programme will further investigate current development within technology systems. As part of this, students will learn networking skills along with producing a functional relational database project using SQL.
