Chocolate Skills Beginners

You will gain skills in using various types of chocolate to produce a variety of small decorative pieces and simple chocolates. This course is a basic introduction into the handling of chocolate including basic tempering.This is a hands on course. Students will be taught by a mixture of demonstration, hand-outs and practical sessions.This is an informal course, on which students will learn to increase their own skills in making chocolates. Students can progress to the Intermediate and Advanced courses.

Entry requirements

Please bring a notebook and pen. At the first lesson, students will be advised what to bring to class for the following week.
