You will learn how to use a Rotary Cutter and you will learn basic patchwork techniques including: - English paper piecing - Strip piecing - Foundation piecing - Machine/hand quilting You will also create several small patchwork projects by hand and/or machine.You will learn from a mixture of demonstration, hand-outs and practical hands-on experience.Students can progress to the City & Guilds 7112 Patchwork & Quilting course at Eastleigh College.
