This qualification is designed to develop learners knowledge and understanding across a range of customer service concepts and practices. There are 3 mandatory units that are required to be successfully completed and they are: -Understand the organisation -Prepare to deliver excellent customer service -Communication in the customer service role Learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the units.Through guided learning using the student support material, one-to-one sessions with the tutor, group tutorials and independent study.Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to: -NCFE level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration -NCFE level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Knowledge -NVQ level 2 Customer Services
