Cookery: British Bake Off - Patisserie

This course focuses on the intricate art of patisserie - you will master the basics so that you can produce an array of perfect patisserie and desserts. Recipes include creme patisserie filled choux pastry with salted caramel sauce, Genoese gateau, chocolate fondant and mini lemon meringue tarts.
