An informal day to enjoy yourself whilst at the same time learning new Vegetarian dishes and producing some tasty dishes by the end of the day. The morning will be spent with the tutor demonstrating dishes then after lunch it will be your turn to cook some of the dishes from the list supplied on enrolment. Ingredients are extra.
