What will I do on this study programme? This study programme is made up of eight units. You will study three core units, two personal skill units and three specialist units. The units of study may include taking part in sport, managing your health at work, safe learning in the workplace, planning own fitness programme, working in sport and active leisure, sport and active leisure group project and how the body works. This qualification will form part of a study programme, which includes exclusive access to the Sports Academy and Enrichment programme, tutorial support, employability and study skills. Maths and English is a fundamental element of this study programme. Skills in Maths and English will be embedded into your academic/ vocational learning. If you do not have a grade C in Maths and/or English you will attend a discrete GCSE or Functional Skills class as part of your weekly timetable. How will I be assessed? Tutors and external moderators will assess your practical and written assignments throughout the study programme. What options do I have after successfully completing?
