What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job. You'll spend most of your week with your employer learning about property services as you work, and come to College from time to time. You will do a number of qualifications including the Certificate in Sale or Letting of Residential Property. You will cover a number of units which could include reducing risks to health and safety, understanding professional conduct, organising and performing viewings of property and understanding legal guidelines. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing? Business, BTEC Extended Diploma Property Services, Advanced Apprenticeship. Job/career opportunities A career in residential property or as a negotiator.
