The NCFE Level 2 Diploma for Entry to the Uniformed Services has been designed for young people who have a practical interest in working in the Uniformed Public Services. The course is delivered by experienced Uniformed Public Service personnel who commit first-hand experience to delivering current and up to date information. There will be an opportunity to experience real service life through visits to the Army, Fire & Rescue Service, Police Community Awareness and much, much more. Key Curriculum areas include; * Investigate Employment in the uniformed services * Explore aspects of physical fitness * Develop team working and problem solving skills * Carry out map reading and navigation * Follow Public Services Routine * Undertake Adventurous Activities * Participate in competitive sports * Physical Preparation Students will also be given the opportunity to complete the HABC Stewarding qualification with real life experience in stewarding an event which leads to job interview opportunities.
