You will need to complete five mandatory units: - Lead a team to improve customer service - Develop productive working relationships with colleagues - Provide leadership for your team - Contribute to the control of resources - Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment. Optional units to choose from include: - Supervise reception services - Provide learning opportunities for colleagues - Contribute to the development of a wine list - Contribute to promoting hospitality services and products. You will be required to complete a set amount of units collecting credits for each one completed, once you have gained 37 credits you have passed this qualification.
