First Aid at Work (Level 3)

This course is aimed at meeting the HSE guidance for a workplace to have an accredited First Aider. The course works systematically through illnesses and injuries that may occur within the workplace. Subjects covered include: CPR, the recovery position, bleeding, fractures, head injuries, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, reporting and recording accidents, and the First Aid kit. All topics are aimed at developing the workplace first aider. Note: Attendance at all sessions is required. Almost all places of work require a first aider. Some higher risk workplaces require a first aider at work. This qualification may assist someone to gain employment. Obviously having these skills could help to save a life. Note: We can deliver high quality bespoke or accredited courses at your workplace, or at one of our local centres at times to suit you, anytime during the year.
