Technical Certificate: College-based course covering customer service knowledge exam and practical assessments. Literacy and Numeracy: Fulfilled by completion of Maths and English at an appropriate level. ERR: Employment Rights and Responsibilities. PLTS: Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. All qualification elements must be achieved to complete the Apprenticeship Framework. There are a number of mandatory units including health and safety in the workplace to be completed. Apprentices will be required to study a number of optional units linked to specific business requirements. There is an expectation that candidates will undertake personal study in order to demonstrate knowledge of the subject area, and compile a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their competence.
