This course is made up of gentle exercises for health and well-being. Exercises will improve strength, range of movement, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, blood circulation and confidence. The group will practice specific Tai Chi and Chi Kung exercises to energise and strengthen the body and focus on relaxation and calmness of the mind. This course promotes healthy living and encourages body awareness. For people aged 20yrs plus Carers or people with physical disabilities , Learning difficulties, mental health or emotional needs.
