Bar, restaurant, barista and business are combined to ensure you are fully prepared for the workplace, with experienced lecturers on hand to guide you into the industry. You will have the opportunity to take part in field trips and visits, with Externship (experiential learning opportunities) modules and work placements tailored to your studies to help you define your career path with relevant experience.
