This new programme is run by the Westminster Kingsway College Higher Education Team and the CPD Centre Food Services Wing in the Armed Forces. On the BA (Hons) in Hospitality and Enterprise Management you will study: - Year 1 (Level 5) will include: Professional Development and Study Skills, Marketing for Hospitality, Human Resources for Hospitality, Management in Organisations, and Introduction to Finance and Information Systems. - Year 2 - Semester 1 (Level 5) will include: Facilities and Contract Management, Research Methods and one option - a choice can be made from Design and Facilities, eBusiness and Web Design, or Small Business and Entrepreneurship - Year 2 - Semester 2 (Level 6) will include: Financial and Revenue Management, and Business and Marketing Strategy. - Year 3 (Level 6) will include: Human Resources and Organisational Development, Food Society and Culture, and then either a Dissertation module (a double module with a 10,000 word project), or two individual modules - Enterprise Project and Consultancy. It is important to know that Higher Education students currently pay between 6000.00GBP and 9000.00GBP per year for their Degree, totalling 2.00GBP7,000 in fees alone, plus maintenance loans on top of that. You will be paying just 3450.00GBP (approx), based on the current fees. This cost is in addition to using your ELCAS credits. This can be paid in instalments over the period of study.
