This brand new Higher Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to ignite your future enabling you to earn while you learn and giving you the knowledge and skills to make a real difference to an employer. For the employer, the Higher Apprenticeship in Innovation and Growth has been designed to specifically support businesses in developing and growing their talent. The Higher Apprenticeship combines on-the-job and knowledge-based training with an approved training provider. Apprentices are paid employees of a company or organisation, and are paid at least the minimum wage in accordance with their age. The course has been designed to work across a diverse range of organisations of any size in the private, public or third sector. Job roles will vary according to the nature and size of the organisation, some examples of roles are: - Product Development Executive - generating and testing ideas, reviewing processes, researching products and markets - Business Development Executive - contributing to the development of new business opportunities and new products - Project Executive - researching, planning, implementing and monitoring projects - Marketing Executive - developing marketing strategies and promoting new products or ideas
