This course is designed for chefs working within the kitchen and product development environment who wish to develop their culinary skills and expertise to reflect contemporary trends and innovative culinary techniques. You will explore potential career opportunities in menu development, product design and gastronomy. The course will provide you with an excellent opportunity to study for a Degree whilst maintaining full-time employment within the hospitality industry.
