Engineering Maintenance Advanced Apprenticeship

This course is designed to undertake a period of structured off the job advanced training in electrical & mechanical techniques including preventative maintenance, hydraulic systems and pneumatics. Engineering maintenance applies engineering concepts to the optimization of equipment, procedures and budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability and availability of equipment. Maintenance is increasing in importance due to rising amounts of complex equipment, systems, machineries and infrastructure which require the personnel and related systems needed to maintain them.
