MICROSOFT WORD REFRESHERThis short course will help you to improve your knowledge and confidence when working with Microsoft Word. What experience or skills do I need to join this course? No formal qualifications are required however you need to have some word and keyboard skills.    What is the course about?  The aim of the course is to improve your knowledge and confidence when working with Microsoft Word. Topics covered include: Formatting text and paragraphs in Word Page Setup Using Shortcuts Inserting Pictures and Images Mail Merge For the session you will need:  Pen and notepad.
