ESOL courses are for people whose first language is not English and are resident or permanently settled in the UK These courses develop your English for further study or employment and include career guidance and tutorial support. All courses include the four skills of Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. The courses also include employability skills. Most students take external examinations (Cambridge ESOL or Functional Skills).
