This is a theory based course for learners who enjoy travelling, working with people and are able to demonstrate good customer service skills plus are interested in a career in travel and tourism. The course will encourage you to develop the practical skills and essential know-how required in today's rapidly expanding travel and tourism industry. This course also includes an introduction to the Aviation Industry qualification.
