Please bring:- a notepad and pen for making notes - a clean apron- a wok - a heavy non-stick frying pan or griddle pan - a sharp knife - containers to take your food home in - a clean tea-towel - straining spoon - kitchen Roll - frying Pan - 2 Large spoons - a plate - tea-spoons - a large empty glass jar to take home your hot oil. Ingredients for the recipes will be made available before the start of the course.
