Stay Supple 50+ - beginners

Learn gentle, easy to follow exercises to keep you supple, toned and fit, influenced by the Alexander Technique. There will be simultaneous demonstration and explanation in a whole group, and there will be opportunities to work in pairs. You will be encouraged to reflect on how the body is feeling as you progress. Wear loose fitting clothing and either soft soled shoes or bare feet. You will also need a small cushion and exercise floor mat.
