Learn more advanced cake decorating skills and techniques. The course will cover chocolate icing, sugar fairies, plaques, modelling a bride and groom and appliquee. For the first session please bring an apron, any sugar craft cutters/boards/equipment you may have, containers to take home the items you produce and GBP5 to cover cost of extra equipment The second week you will need an 8inch cake board covered in fondant icing.
