This course gives you an insight into developing your cookery skills across a wide range of commodities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills whilst working in the college restaurant. The course is predominantly a practical based qualification that focuses on developing your culinary and restaurant skills in the college kitchen and restaurant. There may be opportunities to enhance these skills further by completing a work experience programme.
