This course is aimed at existing learners with additional learning needs who need support to move into paid employment. The structured study programme includes on-the-job training provided by expert job coaches, and the chance to study for relevant qualifications where appropriate. As part of the course, you will also develop work-readiness skills and work-related maths and English skills.
