Learn to keep fit and improve balance with Chi Kung and Tai Chi for improved health, strength and tranquility Any beginner or 'returner' to Tai Chi. This course runs termly (autumn, spring and summer), so although all courses are for beginners, please bear in mind that if you start in the summer term, the course has already been running for 2 terms, and the students will already have some knowledge. However, it is still ok to start this course in the spring or summer terms, as the tutor can cater for beginners throughout the year. To teach moves of 24 Form, Beijing Style, and to experience Wudang Chi Kung exercises. Demonstrate the moves of 24 Style and some breathing exercises
