This course is a one day CPD course for practitioners such as massage therapists, sports therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, first aiders, coaches, fitness instructors and even athletes themselves, who want to learn how to use Kinesiology Taping effectively. The cost of the course is 75. Effective application of Kinesiology Tape to assist with the relaxation or stimulation of muscle groups to assist with decreasing soft tissue trauma and the improvement of functional movement. By the end of the course students will be able to:- Outline the fundamental concepts of utilising kinesiology tape on a variety of condition- Apply kinesiology tape to areas of both the upper and lower body to assist with the treatment of various soft tissue conditions. This can include relief from strains, stabilisation of areas of instability and decompression techniques to assist with the reduction of pain and improve performance.
