This course will help learners to: identify and sell their strengths and personal qualities; prepare for interviews; learn about positive body language and how to cope with stress at an interview; be aware of the different types of interview; recognise interview dos and don'ts; answer a variety of questions during the interview; including competency based questions; practise interview skills one-to-one and take part in group interview activities. The course runs for one day a week for two weeks, with each session lasting five hours (9.45am to 2.45pm) during term time. The course is free and travel costs can also be provided. Who the Course is for Learners must be aged 19 years or over, resident in Bedford Borough or Central Bedfordshire* and unemployed or working less than 16 hours per week.
