Bedford 03.05.16 - 05.07.16 The course aims to provide participants with emotional and practical tools to support their wellbeing. The programme comprises of 3 hour sessions each week for 18 weeks plus 2 weeks 1:1 provision. The course covers: Personal awareness, healthy eating and lifestyle, substance misuse awareness, developing assertiveness, understanding relationships, community awareness, basic budgeting.
