Cookery - Afghani dishes

Afghan Cuisine is a combination of Iranian cuisine, Chinese cuisine and Indian-Pakistan cuisine. It has got its own taste and flavour and is neithe too spicy nor too hot. It combines a wide range of easily sourced ingredients including nuts and dried fruit. You will learn to make a range of new dishes.
