Introductory projects to give the students a wide range of experience in drawing and painting techniques and materials. We will work from direct observation and also we will investigate mark making and working with a more imaginative and intuitive approach which will may allow the work to become more abstract. We will discuss and look at contemporary art trends and current exhibitions.
