This qualification is designed for individuals employed as chefs in fine dining hospitality environments, who need to develop or consolidate their skills. You are required to take three mandatory units which cover aspects of developing productive working relationships, maintaining food safety and health and safety of the working environment. You then have a choice of optional units covering complex kitchen sections. There is a wide range of optional units allowing you to tailor the course to meet the needs of your work place.
