Professional Cookery Level 1 Diploma

This course is designed to appeal to those wanting a practical career where craft skills and knowledge are required to work as a chef. As well as learning to prepare, cook and present a wide range of dishes, your studies will also include health and safety, food safety, healthier foods, personal workplace skills and other industry related units. You will also achieve a Level 1 qualification in Food & Beverage Service. You will be working in our bistro and restaurant, both of which are open to the public. This course is offered with the Food and Beverages Services Certificate at Level 1.
