Are you fed up with fast food, bland food and ready meals and would like to get creative in the kitchen and experiment with new flavours then this course is for you. Rural French cooking at its best. We cover four regions - the South West, Alsace, Provence and Normandy. Cook classic cassoulet, chicken with apples and calvados, provencale fish soup and lots more. The approximate cost of ingredients to buy each week will be £8 - 12 per week but ingredients for the first week are supplied by the college. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to every lesson. Tutor: Ian Dowding
