You don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy meat free meals. Learn interesting and tasty vegetarian dishes for discerning people. Learn how to get wonderful flavours into your dishes with stuffed butternut squash, leek and tarragon quiche, tagine of sweet potatoes. You will get lots of useful ideas, practical tips and inspiration. The cost of ingredients will be approximately £8 - £12 per week. Ingredients will be supplied for the first session.
