Introduction to Dog Grooming - Saturday

This course is designed to teach you how to groom a dog. Whether it be your own pet dog or you are thinking of dog grooming as a career. The course introduces you to the complete grooming routine and process. You will cover bathing, drying, dematting, health and safety, equipment handling and control whilst grooming various styles to suit your dog, clipping control, earplucking, nail clipping and equipment used. You will also learn the art of scissoring. Students will be required to bring their own dog. This course is delivered as an Easton and Otley College Certificate of Competence.
