Vehicle Testing and Inspection

The course is designed to suit owner drivers of any age or even learner drivers who wish to be able to take care of their vehicles. * Pre purchase inspections including practical and paper work inspections * Safety checks on owner vehicles key points which tick the key safety points of the MOT * Understanding of MOT legislation * Maintenance checks of motor vehicles including PETROL, DIESEL,MANUAL and AUTOMATIC * Inspection and repair of vehicle lighting units * Checking and maintaining vehicle lubricant levels * Inspection and maintaining vehicle wheels and tyres * Basic repairs and servicing techniques including removal and checking of spark plugs, oils, filters and routine brake servicing By the end of the course the learners will be able to understand the requirements and responsibilities of owning and driving a class 4 motor vehicle and demonstrate industry standard inspection techniques.
