A Level Critical Thinking is a practical subject which helps you to improve the quality of your thinking. Recent research suggests a dramatic one grade improvement in A2 results for those students who have taken AS Critical Thinking. In 2011, the school received an award for the 6th consecutive year, from the Good Schools Guide for the best results at A Level achieved by girls taking Critical Thinking at an English Grammar School. In particular, Critical Thinking will help you to analyse arguments, assess the credibility of an argument, identify and assess flaws in arguments and most importantly to be able to write your own reasoned, persuasive and cogent arguments.
